ALCOHOL
The Chinese Alcohol is made of wheat, and some of them very strong, the highest contains 86% alcohol as I know. Among them, there are some very famous brands. MAOTAI is the first brand and of course the most expensive brand. Erguotou is a popular one, and very cheap. These two are good for the beginner to taste Chinese alcohol.
